When you ask to be matched, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your first name, ZIP code, email, optional phone number, preferred language, and a short description of what you need. We do not ask for sensitive identifiers we don't need.
How we use it
We use your information to connect you with a qualified family-law attorney near you. With your consent, we share your request with one or more participating attorneys so they can contact you about a free consultation.
Your consent to be contacted
When you submit a request and check the consent box, you agree that Next Page Family and a participating attorney may contact you by phone, text message, or email — including by automated means — about your request. Consent is not a condition of any service, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by telling us or the attorney to stop contacting you.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing. We're paid a flat marketing fee by participating attorneys for connecting them with people seeking help — we never take a percentage of any attorney's fees.
Data retention and security
We keep your request only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
