Terms of Use
By using Next Page Family, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
What we provide
Next Page Family is a free education and matching service. We provide general information about family law and connect you, with your consent, to a qualified family-law attorney near you. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law, and we do not provide legal advice.
No attorney-client relationship
Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Next Page Family. Any attorney-client relationship is formed only between you and an attorney you choose to retain, on terms you and that attorney agree to.
No guarantees
We don't guarantee any particular outcome, that an attorney will take your matter, or that you'll qualify for any service. The information on this site is general and may not apply to your situation.
How we're paid
Participating attorneys pay us a flat marketing fee when we connect them with someone seeking help. We never take a percentage of an attorney's fees. The service is free for you.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. You agree not to misuse the forms, submit false requests, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time of your visit.
